Team Responsible AI
ClearOPS is a small startup, enabling us to make the whole company our Responsible AI committee. Our team has adopted two policies, the AI governance framework policy and our Responsible AI Acceptable Use policy. We provide copies to current customers.
Our AI Principles
Transparency
For ClearOPS, this means that our customers can see all the data that we store on their behalf to run the services. We believe that transparency gives our customers control.
Accuracy
In our business, accuracy of output is critical. Hallucinations are unacceptable, which is why we constantly test the accuracy of our outputs, and give you ways to test it yourself.
Privacy
Our founders connected over the concept of privacy online and it remains core to everything we do. We do not collect personal data, if we can help it. When we do, we are transparent about it.
AI Vendors
All AI Vendors must review our AI Vendor Code of Conduct below. Every vendor of ClearOPS undergoes rigorous due diligence for compliance with our core AI principles.
Vendor Code of Conduct
The purpose of this Code of Conduct is to ensure that AI vendors supplying services to ClearOPS
are fully aware of our commitment to an AI governance program grounded in principles of accuracy, transparency and privacy. We aim to cultivate a culture of ethical AI practices within our
partnerships, which is essential for maintaining the integrity of our services and fostering trust with our
clients. To uphold this commitment, we may audit the compliance of our vendors with the principles of
our AI governance program and expect full cooperation in these assessments. Transparency is key,
and should ClearOPS' customers have inquiries regarding any aspect of our AI services, we
anticipate that our vendors will assist us in providing clear and honest responses.

Our program includes cybersecurity and privacy assessments, in addition to other assessments that evaluate our conformity with our AI governance program and applicable regulation. We believe that strong AI governance includes a robust cybersecurity program and a robust privacy program. By using the word robust, we mean that we have the policies in place, such as an internal privacy policy, a data classification policy, an incident response policy, a business continuity and disaster recovery policy, a vendor management policy and a risk assessment policy. In addition to these administrative measures, we also conduct regular testing of our systems for vulnerabilities, we patch regularly and we have backups, but we also delete data that has been requested for deletion. We will share any of our practices with prospective or current customers.
